Homeowners rights

Advocacy

Homeowners’ associations were created to preserve communities — not to exploit them. But over time, I’ve seen how too many HOA management companies, and  law firms have turned into profit-driven machines, taking advantage of hardworking Americans who simply want to protect their biggest investment: their homes.

The Mission

Today, more than 40% of all homes in the U.S. are located within an HOA. Behind those numbers are millions of families — often too busy juggling work and life — who don’t have the time, legal knowledge, or resources to fight back when HOAs or their attorneys abuse power. The imbalance of knowledge and access has created an environment ripe for exploitation, where questionable fees, fines, and foreclosures happen far too easily — often right under homeowners’ noses.

That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to advocating for meaningful HOA reform. I’m working with state legislators, studying property and HOA law, and connecting with homeowners across communities to push for tighter regulation, more transparency, and real accountability.

This movement isn’t about politics — it’s about fairness, protection, and restoring trust in homeownership. Every homeowner deserves to live free from corporate manipulation and legal intimidation. My mission is to shine a light on these abuses, educate others, and help drive policy changes that put power back where it belongs — in the hands of the people who actually live in these communities.
